My Story

Welcome to The Blueprint Baking Co, LLC! I’m Brandee, proudly serving customers in the Colorado area. I’m a small town Winnie Texas native but, I’ve called Colorado home since 2018.

I work in the construction industry during the day as a Preconstruction Engineer. Though I enjoy being part of building our community, I find some time and a lot of love for baking in the evenings and on weekends for friends, newborns, community members, businesses, and corporate organizations like you.

Just like my morals in the construction industry, the details matter. In the 14 years that I've been baking, I've tasted, tested, and revised several recipes with some of the nerdy science I've learned through out the years to arrive to the table with the best tasting results in style, and I am excited to share these flavors with you and yours!
